This reflection has become a revelation which has crowned the importance of activities, talents and above all messages to all who see the glory and the power of God manifested in people’s lives. Let me give an example: a tennis racket in my hands may not mean much, but the same tennis racket in Venus William’s hand is worth a Wimbledon championship, and even a world championship.
Publishing in the secular world may be considered to be a powerful tool in communication, rightfully so, but on the other hand Christian publishing, has become the most sought for communication devise amongst Christians, in seeking God’s power in day-to-day living.
With that revelation in mind, God in his Supreme intervention and through the fullness of His time, will identify any one of us to use for His Glory. By the way, this is regardless of age, let alone category of species. God’s calling may include compassion and relief for people suffering from hunger, homelessness, sickness, addiction, economic hardship, and disaster. Other Christians may serve as chaplains in the armed services, in hospitals, prisons and retirement centers, and with police officers.
All Christians are called to minister and whatever vocation God calls one to do- a carpenter, a doctor, a farmer, a teacher, a missionary, or a homemaker- becomes the arena for one’s ministry. Every Christian must choose a vocation and carry out ministry as God directs and everything one does must be for His glory because God expects dedicated Christian service from every Believer.
